What form of payment do you accept on your website?

What kind of products does Olive Branch Marketplace carry?


We are currently only carrying products that is available seasonally for enjoyment. Currently, we are making Cold-Pressed juices and cooking classes, and we are hoping to add new products in the coming months and the holiday.




How is my order processed?


Because we make our products to order, please review the product page when to order for local delivery. If you placed your order during off hours such as weekends, major US holidays, you order will be processed the following working day.




Do you ship nation wide?


We currently do not ship our products on the national or international level at this time.




Where in the Bay Area do you deliver?


We only currently deliver our homemade products to the San Francisco Bay Area, Peninsula, and East Bay. Please see delivery map on the Local Delivery page of our website.




What if I place an order beyond delivery range?


We advise you to check our delivery range on the Local Delivery page before placing an order via the Olive Branch Marketplace. Any order beyond our delivery range will be cancelled and your credit or debit card will be refunded.




Do you offer refunds?

How can I track my order?


Since we are a small business, and do not ship our products with USPS, FedEd or UPS, we will schedule a delivery time slot via email when we will be arriving with your order.




What if i received the wrong item?


Thanks for asking and a very good question! If you have received the wrong item, you may keep the wrong order, and we will make and send you the correct order. It may take up to 2 business days to delivery the correct order.




What days do you delivery?


We delivery Monday to Friday only. We are closed on the weekends.




Do you deliver on Holidays?


Great question! We are closed on major US holidays such as; Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.




When can I request or ask for a refund?

How do I return items or ask for refund?


Refer to the Refund Policy page for returning items. In order to summit a your request, we need the following:
Proof of purchase, such as receipt and order number.




Do you offer free local delivery?


Each company has its own standard for minimum order to offer free delivery service. You will be eligible for free delivery as long as you fulfill the minimum order requirement. However, you do not need required minimum order, you can still place your order as normal, there will local delivery charge at checkout. On occasion, we will send out email marketing that will offer delivery at certain times.
